Welch's Battle of the Books club has been busy reading with Mrs. Hums. I've asked them to post their reviews of books. We received our first review from the club! The review, submitted by Nikhil R., follows:
"The Giver is a great book. It's about a boy named Jonas and when he turned 12 he got the job as a receiver. So, then, he goes to the Giver for training. He finds the true feeling of happiness, pain, and sadness. The Giver is an awesome book. I would rate it 5 stars. I really hope whoever reads this review will read The Giver. Happy Reading! "
